I found a home

I had a few people call recently concerned about my admission to the kitty slammer, and a few really good sounding owners. Julie and George ended up being my new owners. They don't have any pets and are willing to spoil me rotten. A wn-win. :-)

Thanks so much to everyone who has been concerned and following.

Welcome to your new home, Syd. I know Julie and she AMAZING in the art of kitty love. You are quite the lucky cat! Can't wait to meet you.

Syd, I am absolutely overjoyed you've found a home, and I hope you have many years of happiness with your new owners.

If I hadn't had four kitties already, I'd have volunteered as I bet you're a late-night snuggler and a big ol' lover-cat.

I never met you, Syd, but I love you and I hope you're very, very happy...Pete

Congrats Syd! Don't forget to give your current owner a big snuggle before she leaves.

Hey, Syd, this is Doug, the prospective owner you met back in July. I am so happy you found a home that is right for you; my place is so busy that you just wouldn't have been happy here, but I still felt bad that you and your owner were left in the lurch. Thank goodness you didn't have to spend time in the kitty slammer. While you're settling in to your new house, Sharkey, a frighteningly confidant six-year-old grey tabby from the Multnomah County Animal Shelter, is busy taking over my home (and life). Good luck to you and all the humans in your life!

P.S. Thanks for not going off on me like you did with the crazy haired guy. Doug

Yeay! I'm so glad... I've been worried sick for a while now. So happy to hear that it worked out.
